Developer or Site Wide Licensing
Developer Licensing:
We provide a 'Single License' to 'Single Developer' (individual). You are granted a license as a single developer (individual) to the particular licensed version of the conaito FTP SDK for .NET.
Side Wide Licensing:
For Side Wide licenses, you are granted a license as unlimited developer to all versions of the particular product released.
The exclusive selling of the conaito FTP SDK for .NET without it being integrated into product/service is not permitted.
Support and Maintenance
The Support and Maintenance subscription provides you with eMail support for all of our products. In addition your subscription provides all new product releases and updates while your subscription is active.
We provide with the conaito FTP SDK for .NET 1 year of support and maintenance. If your support and maintenance agreement has expired you can renew it by purchasing a "Subscription Renewal" within 30 days after expiration.
Unlimited Redistribution/ Royalty Free License and other Fees
You are free to redistribute, as many conaito FTP SDK for .NET incorporated copies of your product or service. conaito Technologies provides royalty free licensing, you don't have to pay any fee or royalty to redistribute your products or services which incorporate conaito FTP SDK for .NET Components. The conaito FTP SDK for .NET allows you to easily transfer files using directly access the data connection for unprecedented levels of control. The conaito FTP SDK for .NET was written entirely in managed code. The FTP component implements a standard FTP client as specifiedin RFC 959. Key features of the conaito FTP SDK for .NET: .NET FTP Component for C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET. FTP files directly from your application in synchronous or asynchronous mode. All popular FTP servers are supported. Supports international filenames in all major languages Supports .NET 1.0, .NET 1.1, .NET 2.0 and works with 64bit version of .NET Framework 2.0. Upload and download to or from in-memory strings or byte arrays. Session logging, Real-time upload/download data transfer rate properties Real-time #bytes, received/sent properties for async transfers, Copy remote files to your local filesystem, Copy files from your local filesystem to the FTP server, Download text and binary files and access directly in memory, Upload to FTP site directly from memory, Create remote directory, Rename remote files and directories, Delete remote files and directories, Support for asynchronous uploads and downloads, Active and passive transfer modes, Binary and ASCII transfers, Stream support - streaming download to local files, streaming upload from local files, Large file support - upload or download files larger than 4 GB. The conaito FTP SDK for .NET runs on Windows and also includes a .NET interface that can be used in any .NET programming language like C# or VB.NET. You can use it with your web applications developed in ASP.NET as well. Conaito FTP SDK for .NET also includes a COM interface that can be used from any programming language that supports COM automation, like C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, ASP, PHP, JavaScript, VBScript, etc.
