Detailed Description
SipXTapiDotNet is a .Net 2.0 wrapper around a snapshot of sipXtapi from ~Oct 2006.  While most of the patch relates to converting the solution and project files to be Visual Studio 2005 compatible, it is easly searched for our few changes to the C/C++ codebase.

It's worth mentioning that you can't just mix and match SipXTapiDotNet with any version of sipXtapi. The .Net -> C interfaces are extremely sensitive to API changes. For instance, if SipXTapiDotNet expects function "char* f(int, int)" and the actual function in your version of sipXtapi is "void f(int, int, char&)", then your char& parameter will be uninitialized and will cause memory access violations. This can also occurr if the sipXtapi structs get out of sync with the .Net structs.
