License agreement for SkinCrafter Demo
1. Copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying
printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by
SkinCrafter.com. All title and intellectual property rights in and to
the content that may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is
the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by
applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. You may not copy the
printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or redistribute
excerpts of Help without obtaining SkinCrafter.com permisson.
2. Licensing/using existing SkinCrafter skins
Existing SkinCrafter skins are copyrighted material. If you
wish to use them or portions of them in your application, you
must obtain permission from the author of the skin. See the .skf
file (using FREE SkinBuilder software) for the author's contact
information or their info at http://www.skincrafter.com.
3. Demo Version License
You may evaluate the SkinCrafter Demo Version without limitation .
You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the SkinCrafter Demo
Version. All Demo Version users are subject to the terms of this
agreement.
6. Support Services
SkinCrafter.com may provide you with support services related to the
SOFTWARE. Use of Support Services is governed by the SkinCrafter.com
policies and programs described in the user manual, in online
documentation, and/or other materials provided by SkinCrafter.com, as they may
be modified from time to time. Any supplemental SOFTWARE code provided to
you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the
SOFTWARE and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With
respect to technical information you provide to SkinCrafter.com as part of the
Support Services, SkinCrafter.com may use such information for its
business purposes, including for product support and development.
SkinCrafter.com will not utilize such technical information in a form that
personally identifies you.
7. Termination
Regardless of other rights, SkinCrafter.com can cancel this EULA if you fail to
comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you are
committed to remove SkinCrafter Demo from your system completely.
